For international travel, 2-6 months ahead is ideal for better rates and availability. Peak season destinations should be booked even earlier and holiday travel dates. 

Q: Do you charge fees for your services?

A: My consultation and trip planning services are complimentary. I earn commissions from my travel partners (like Disney or Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines), which means no additional cost to you. For complex custom itineraries, we may charge a planning fee that's credited toward your booking.

Q: Can you help with last-minute travel?

A: Absolutely! While advance booking typically offers better rates, I specialize in finding great last-minute deals and can often secure excellent accommodations even on short notice.

Q: What's included in your travel planning service?

A: We provide complete itinerary planning, accommodation bookings, travel insurance recommendations, destination research, restaurant suggestions, activity planning, and 24/7 support during your trip.

Q: When do I need to pay for my trip?

A: Payment schedules vary by supplier. Hotels and tours may require a deposit with the balance due closer to travel. We'll clearly outline all payment terms before booking and have digital planners to help you track your budget.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes! Our travel partners work with several financing partners to offer flexible payment options for larger trips. 

Q: Are your prices competitive with online booking sites?

A: Our travel partners often match or beat online prices, plus you get our expertise and personalized service. In some cases, I may also have access to exclusive deals and package rates not available to the general public.

Q: What if I need to change or cancel my trip?

A: Change and cancellation policies vary by supplier and fare type. I can explain all terms before booking and help you understand your options. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.

A: Yes, we highly recommend travel insurance and can help you choose the right coverage. Policies typically cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Q: Do you provide travel advisories and safety information?

A: Absolutely. We monitor State Department travel advisories and provide current safety information for all destinations. Your safety is our top priority.

A: Our travel offer 24/7 emergency support during your trip. If you encounter any issues with simply call their emergency line and we'll work to resolve the situation immediately.

Q: What if I have problems with my hotel or tour?

A: Contact us immediately if you experience any issues. I have established relationships with our partners and can often resolve problems quickly.

Q: Do you have offices I can visit? A: I do not allow for drop in visits but if you are interested in setting up a meeting while you are in my town, we can coordinate a time. 

Q: How do you stay in touch during the planning process? A: We'll communicate through your preferred method - email, phone, or text. I provide regular updates on your booking status and send detailed itineraries before departure.
